Horrible staff to be around children.fun for children I would never bring my kids there again
Great if you take your kids and that is all... Horrible experience if you doing a birthday party there... we had 15 jumpers for my son birthday, they went to play at the price court which is included in the package, I went to see how they were doing and yes I felt the girl in charge was very rude at them. After that she took everyone to the birthday party room, I was with my mom and aunts in there, the kids come very thirsty and took time to worked to unlock the fridge where the water was, they give the pizza to each kid and right away told the kids to get ready to sing Happy Birthday and cut the cake, my son blow out the candles and she didn’t even give time to ask the kids to get in position to take a nice picture, she told everyone to take a sit and took the cake to cut it. There wet kids still eating cake when she starts taking everything down (balloons and a few decorations they let me get in, you can’t bring to much decor) I thought another party was scheduled after us but we stay 1hour more and the room was empty... it is a great place to kids jump and enjoy but I will definitely NOT recommend for parties or doing ever never another one there!
On 11/11/2017 came here to celabrate my 11yr son birthday. Now as a single mother with four wonderful kids it's hard to make sure they don't feel the struggle. With what I had left I order the tickets online, to make sure my son feel special. But when I got there I didn't know you had to buy socks and I didn't have enough to buy the socks for all 4 kids. I felt like I was going to disappoint my kids again, but this beautiful young lady that was checking us in with the yellow bandana on said ( this is my gift to you)and I ask her are you sure? And she said (yes, go let them have fun). Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! She just don't know how that made me feel and my kids had a ball thanks to her. I wish I knew her name but please tell her thank you for making four kids smile for 2 hours.
We had a blast at Sky Zone. I liked how they have their safety rules buy separating ages in the trampoline area. The only issue we had was the foam pit. It's one of our favorite areas but the foam cubes needs to be replaced. All of us got tiny foam pieces in our eyes. My oldest had a hard time getting them out and it wasn't worth it. I tried it a few more times and the foam was deteriorating really bad and falling apart. I was breathing it it and got foam in my eyes. We gave up that area.
My son loves sky zone but its far from are house. I would love to see a sky zone in Lenoir NC.
