I can't say enough about how professional and courteous they are! In today's world, far too many people have forgotten the meaning of good customer service. Not only do the people there give good service, they exemplify it! They are simple down-to-Earth guys who love to fix bikes and DON'T HAVE that elitist attitude where if your bike didn't cost over $1,000 then it isn't worthy of their time. They treat each customer as if s/he is the most important one in the world.
Came in today to get my rear derailleur adjusted on my MTB. Took my bike to another bike shop prior to here and they could never get it right. These guys fixed my bike in 10 mins and it was 100 percent adjusted correctly. I didn't even expect them to fix on the spot. Fast and great prices for repairs. I will definitely come back for all my repairs!!!
Great local bike shop. Everyone there was super friendly. When I got my bike out after not using it for a long time I noticed the back tire was leaking. They replaced the inner tube as soon as I showed up. When they were doing that they noticed the back brake wasn’t working either (I’ve been neglecting my bicycle). They fixed that for me on the spot too. The whole thing took 15 minutes and cost me less than $30, and my bike is good as new. They sell bikes too and offer tune-ups for $50. I’ll be returning!!
