As soon as we walked in the door, a lovely lady at the optics desk walked over to greet us and point us in the right direction. When we made it to the counter we were supposed to be at, we were immediately acknowledged and told that they would be right with us. The kind gentleman who assisted us (missed his name), made sure that my friend had everything she needed for her warrantied replacement. Afterwards, we strolled over to the tv's, where Keith was an absolute gentleman and assisted us with another purchase. I love how we didn't have to wait to have the item brought out to our vehicle.

After reading reviews from others, I was expecting a troublesome time taking my elderly neighbor to replace a warrantied item. The exact opposite occurred.

Thank you to all the employees who made this a pleasant shopping experience! You deserve the recognition.

the mexican women,and the black woman up stair of clothing section,they re very bad,they dont know how to work with the curtomer,and so mean.

Purchased a couple appliances from here. Good service, quick delivery, and polite staff.

This place is the absolute worst, and the manager of the auto shop - Ray Cueto is the leader of the stinky pack. I made an appointment a week in advance to get four new tires and get an alignment. When I got there, they said it would be an hour, 90 mins. tops. After 45 mins. they call me and said they had forgotten to get the tires from the warehouse, so it was going to take longer. After 3.5 hours they were finally done. On my drive home, it was clear to me that the alignment was off. So I brought it back and waited for almost 2 hours for them to do another alignment. When they were done, they said it took so long because I have a problem with my rear suspension and they offered to fix it to the tune of $1,200. I declined and brought the car to my mechanic to verify what they said. My (trusted) mechanic said there was nothing wrong. Now it's about 7 months later and my alignment is again out of whack (and I didn't hit a curb, a pot hole, or anything like that). When I called Sears, Ray tells me I'm out of warranty and have to pay again. I told him about the problems I had and felt Sears owed me to stand behind their work and fix the alignment again. His response was simply to reiterate that I was out of warranty, and maybe he could knock off a few dollars, but that's all he could do. So, I called Sears corporate customer service. And get this, they said if the store says no, there's nothing they can do. So I asked them flat out "Does Sears corporate not have any control over the stores you run". The answer I got was, "yes, if they said no at the store, there's nothing we can do". How pathetic!!!!! No wonder Sears is going out of business!! And I know they will NEVER, EVER get any of my business again. This place deserves to go out of business.
