Terrible service. So my family travels all over the states and we normally go to Buca di Beppo because we always get great fast service and great food but this time we got the absolute worst service ever. It took a very long time but we just waited patiently and just talked among our party. Then we finally get our drinks and then our appetizers. Then a whole 1.5 hrs go by and still no food. The waiter didn’t come by durning that time to refill our drinks at all. We had to go find people to refill our drinks. Then finally the waiter comes and apologizes that our order some how got lost and that the kitchen is gonna start making it right now and we were told it would be an additional 8-10 minutes so we timed it and it took 30 minutes to come out. Then when the food finally comes out our pasta dish (we always get this at every location by the way) was barely half full so it wasn’t anywhere a large size and it was drowning in pasta water because that’s what the everything tasted like. The chicken marsala was great as expected. We were too scared to send the pasta back cause it took so long to get it. We had 6 adults and 5 little kids which 2 of were babies. We were there for 2.5hrs. The kids were cranky and super tired since we left at 10 pm. Four of the adults have never eaten there and couldn’t believe how terrible the service was and aren’t coming back. The restrooms were filthy and disgusting and no toilet paper in any stalls and no paper towel to wipe hands. We will not be coming back.
Giving one star but being generous. Waited forever to order and then waited at least an hour and a half for our food. The meatballs were plain hamburger meat and were overcooked. The food wasn't great and was very overpriced. Chef Gordon Ramsey needs to give this restaurant a makeover. For an authentic Italian experience, we recommend Portofino's.
Showed up with dinner reservations at 7:15 and got seated pretty quickly. However, That was the best part of our dinner experience. He took our drink orders but then we had to wait. Our drinks came out about 15 minutes later, And then we had to wait! It was probably another 15 to 20 minutes before he took our dinner order. The restaurant was not that busy for it to be such a long wait.It was another hour and 45 minutes before we got our meal. The manager came over and comped our salads. Then after we were done eating we had to wait for a check. Finally we were so angry having been there for two hours we got up to leave and it was the first time all night our waiter hurried to bring us our check. The food was OK. The service sucked. I will never go back.
Great but you should offer adults some other kind of dessert for their birthday besides a scoop of ice cream with sprinkles which is for kids. I was very upset that, that was my only choice for my birthday. But if I wanted a piece of cake I would have to pay for it.
This place is really good. Can't beat family style Italian! I took my family here a while back instead of going to Olive Garden where we've gone for years. I can't believe I never tried this place. It's really really really good! Later Olive Garden. I found our new place to go when we have REAL Italian food cravings!!
