I was Christmas shopping recently and wanted to get a new pair of shoes a present. I really needed help with sizing and pricing and there seemed to be no one tending to the store. The young lady working the store was on her personal phone the whole time I was in the store. The lady was in no way help another customer on the phone by the way she was talking. She never asked if me or my friend shopping with me if we needed help. We where in the store a good 15 minutes as well. I can't believe the kind of customer service this place has. Awful.
