As a 5'11 150lbs professional, I felt mortified while watching the larger lady LAST month when I was in here, complaining and being laughed at by management. MORTIFIED!
Fed up! Taking this as HIGH as possible, for zero compensation.....disgusted with Victoria Secret 485 location. (Pineville Mathews mall). Enough is enough!

They should probably open when their website says they open...... not two hours later. Very frustrating! And then when you call no one answers and even their answering machine says they open at 10! NOT 12! I expect it from this location Though. Never have good expierences here. Go the extra miles and go to SouthPark. A lot nicer and they ACTUALLY OPEN ON TIME.
As a prestigious company, it's hard to say that I experienced a terrible and disappointing relation with your retail brand. It's sad to see how rude and disrespectful the associates can be to its customers. As a professional, you should never disrespect and critique your customers at times of hardship. If there is a concern of any matter with your customers, remain your composure and provide the best customer service for the satisfaction of your customers. Victoria's Secret: you can remodel your stores the best way possible, have the prettiest girls 'attending' customers, and do any change to drive customers and profit to your business, but if your associates aren't delivering oustanding customer service skills, there's no point in all your marketing and advertising work. We can definitely work to strive for better company-customer relations. I appreciate your company, values, and charity work, but let's look at how we can improve on this issue. Thanks!
The worst Victoria Secret I've been in! When I first entered the store no one even greeted me. Even when I walked around not one associated acknowledge me in the PINK Section of the store. I continued to shop and made my selection when Penny on the Victoria Secret section. Asked if I needed help but by then I didn't. Waited in a very long line because only one register was open. Even though there was plenty of floor staff that could have open up another cash register. When I was ready to check out I had two coupons. One for 20.00 off and another free fragrance. Ask her because I wanted to use them both. She stated that I could so I gave her both coupons. Once I completed my purchase I left to fine out that the 20.00 off was never taken off. So I called the store and spoke the manager to get my 20.00 off. I HAD TO COME ALLLLLLLL THE WAY BACK,. Wasted my time and money. Never going to sllk
Me and my best friend go to Carolina Place mall nearly once every two weeks(we love shopping). One store we always go to AND buy things from is PINK/V.S , so the last visit we've had I'm definitely never stepping foot in there again... When me & my best friend stepped in there... We noticed the employers left & right, just looking at us as if we're going to steal & my best friend said "Why were they following us throughout the store the whole time? " at first I didn't notice until I realized that I did see one of the same Caucasian female employer face everywhere I was in the store.... I'm taking it as they were racially profiling us as if two "black girls" were gonna steal, which we didn't do no such thing! They will NEVER get my money nor business at this store /location. I don't like racism & I surely don't need to be followed around as if I'm a little girl, good riddance!
If I could give a negative rating, I would. I live in Ft Mill, and my girlfriends had already WARNED me to bypass this store, driving instead to South Park. Should have heeded warning. These people in Pineville are extremely, EXTREMELY rude employees with no respect or knowledge. Even management, once called upon smirks and laughs with subordinates IN HER SPEAKER to your FACE!
