I rent here regularly, almost weekly for work. They slways have a car for me and i receive nothing but professional, friendly service. This location is very convenient for me as i really would not want to go to the airport. I highly recommend this location.
If I could only give this scummy place a ZERO I would. I rented a car for only two days for $125. This was all that I should have been charged and all that was on my receipt and all that was showing in Avis' national billing dept. Nonetheless, my charge card was debited $260 once I returned the car in perfect condition and with a full tank. I called the location and spoke to Patrick who said he had no idea why he charged me $260 and could not care less. I asked for his supervisor's phone number. He gave me a fake number. After I realized he had given me a fake phone number I called back. At that point Patrick YELLED AT ME and told me never to call back. I still haven't resolved this issue because no one cares in their national billing department either. Will I have to sue now?? THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
This location has absolutely terrible customer service. I called to make a reservation 3 days prior to the day the truck rental was needed and I was assured that they would have a truck ready for me as they only need 24 hours notice. I called the day previous to the reservation to confirm that they would in fact have the truck ready for me. Then 2 hours before the reservation I got a call from them telling me that they do not have any trucks and I would not do anything to hold up their end of the contract, and they were not willing to find me a truck at a different location. I was told if I still wanted or need the vehicle I would need to call corporate to find a location that would have a truck available. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
Been renting from this location for a while now and have had a great experience each time. They have always been helpful finding me the right vehicle every time even on short notice. All around great customer service. Highly recommend.
I always receive great service at this AVIS location, they are quick to assist me and the rentals are always Very clean inside and out. My rental vehicles have been newer models, They even have premium models to rent. The 5 rentals have been superb along with the service that I have received every time. I will continue to rent from this location before any other. They have superseded my exceptions thus far.They have provided me with the BEST RATES Possible for my weekly rentals.The agents have gone above and beyond to fulfill my requests.They are prompt to resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner. FIVE Stars all the way.
