I don't have good customer experience with this branch most of the times. After res action has confirmed online, these guys called me in the last minute and told that cars are not available. Once after renting other enterprise branch these branch people are not ready to exchange with new one as I had issues with the old one. When I went for exchange they simply asked me goto every other enterprise branch and ask for exchange . I never gonna visit this again.
It's hard to have a bad experience at any Enterprise as they hire right and train on customer service. However, I did want to take an extra minute to brag on THIS location, specifically. There are many options up and down South Blvd. to pick from (and I like them all) but this one is my favorite. I've never met anyone that didn't seem thrilled to be there and to help out in any way they can. They always remember me when I come in (I rent a lot but not THAT much) so that makes me feel special and the small upgrades here and there go a long way. Last time I was in there to pick up my rental, I accidentally rented a car for a week later than I meant to (whoops) and while they didn't have any cars available, within 5 minutes he had lined up another one for me anddd it had a heated steering wheel (how do I live without this now?!). Anyways, just wanted to let everyone know how warm and fuzzy I always feel when I have the privilege of renting at this location. And it's a really nice location, too with an atrium and everything! 5 stars all day long!
The staff at this location are always super friendly and they have really great rates! I will definitely use them again next time I need to rent a car.

The fast, courteous customer service received from Anthony and Austin was beyond exceptional. After making reservations at a location close to my home, only to find out there were no cars available, i was directed to Enterpise Pineville. From the minute i walked in until the time i drove away Anthony and Austin made sure what could have turned into a more stressful situation was handled with complete professionalism and sincere concern. Its was worth thr extra drive to this location. Highly recommended location.
