I have never felt more unwelcome in my life. I walked into this hole in the wall furniture store yesterday praying I would finally see the leather furniture I'd spent all weekend searching for. I've been looking since October. Cash in hand, I was determined to buy something from this establishment. Upon entry. I saw a BEAUTIFUL chair and thought "YES! I MIGHT SOMETHING I LIKE!" since the chair was totally my style. Not only did I not see anything I was willing to buy, but I might as well have been a ghost. No one said hello, no made eye contact, and no one offered their assistance. There was another family being assisted, but that's why a "we'll be with you shortly" works wonders when you're already busy in a retail atmosphere. I looked around and wondered if they treated everyone who walked through their doors that way. Were they too busy to acknowledge me? Uninterested? Was it presumed I could not, and would not purchase anything? Was my money not worth their time and attention? These thoughts and more run through your head when people belittle you by pretending you don't even exist. On my way out the store I even wondered if my ethnicity was the issue, as everyone else inside looked... Different. Luckily I found somewhere else to send my cash. Stay away from this snooty place people.
Such a great store and super friendly staff. AND, not pushy! I'm actually providing this review bc I visited, saw some leather sofas and they were totally cool about not pushing me. They were like "check out our website and if we can answer any inquiries by phone or online or if you visit again, just let us know".
My wife and I came here for a mattress and sectional. We appreciated the relaxed salesman, Steve, that wasn't on your heels wherever you went (like some of the other stores out there). We found a mattress within our price range and they had it delivered in the same week. They didn't charge a delivery fee either. We saw several sofas and sectionals that peeked our interest and we'll definitely be back to purchase one once we decide which size/design to get. I enjoyed shopping at this location and our mattress is by far the best I've ever had. We both sleep like a rock (along with our 3 dogs). We love our Tyndallpedic!
The folks at Tyndall Furniture are superb and you will definitely not go wrong purchasing you home furnishings from these folks! Sheila, our sales rep was fantastic and very helpful with design elements and what pieces would go well with my home. Sharon was excellent in making sure the payment and financing aspects to the transaction was smooth and easy. Mike, the customer care manager, was just amazing...before even taking delivery of my furniture, he actually called me to let me know that there was a slight blemish on the desk I ordered and a large scratch to one of my nightstands that would be replaced. Most furniture companies would just bring it and let you complain about it...but not Tyndall. Mike offered a discount voluntarily and after inspecting the furniture pieces myself, the blemish was not really that bad, but Tyndall still honored their word and provided me the discount. Everything came in nice and put together well, the delivery men were very patient and asked where each piece should go. I had ordered a lot of furniture through Tyndall, and amazingly they let me hold my furniture for over a year while my house was undergoing remodeling. Oh, did I say the furniture quality is top-notch and built like a tank? All in all, this has been a very pleasant experience, the quality of furniture is great for the price you pay, and the staff and customer service is simply superb. I will definitely be going back to Tyndall again in the near future and will recommend them to my family, friend and clients! Thank you Tyndall!
