I've owned the same Citizen Navihawk Blue Angels watch for 15 years. I took my watch to Reeds where I purchased it for it to be shipped direct to Citizen for repair. I then get a call saying we shipped it to our outside vendor but they couldn't repair it. I never said to send it to anyone other than Citizen... I guess they have a difficult time understanding what it is the customer is asking them to do so they do the complete opposite.
Eliana was amazing! My boyfriend and I came in to get a gift for his mother and came back within an hour to purchase a gift for myself also SOLELY based off her exceptional customer service. I cannot tell you how pleasurable it is to actually go into a store (especially jewelry) and the sales person ginuinely wants to help you. Eliana was so personable and professional yet also down-to-Earth. She has already proven to be wise beyond her years and I am grateful for people like herself.
