If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Do not buy here! You will be disappointed. You have to jump through hoops to get anything returned or fixed. Customer Service is horrid!!! They were so rude and argued with me, even saying very inappropriate comments. Refused to help us, we left so angry and livid, left a complaint with the mall.
They have very poor customer service. There was only one person working when I entered the store. After browsing for a couple of minutes, the other employees appeared. One of the employees clocked out when there was a store full of customers. Which was disappointing because I was the next to be serviced. I continued to wait while the other two employees assisted one customer. Eventually, some one came to help me. She was rude! She had poor customer service. Her tone was a bit demeaning and she acted like my questions regarding my warranty were " bothering" her, as if she did not have time to service me. Long story short. I will NEVER return to their store.. I'd rather drive a distance to another Zale's retailer.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Nobody knew what they were doing, they were rude and unapologetic about how crummy or experience was. It took us four trips to get my husband's ring sized. Plus when they "cleaned" my ring there was still a ton of build up on it and they won't insure it even though we have all the paper work for it, because they couldn't find any records of it.
We will not be giving Zales any more of our jewelry business. Kay has always been great to deal with and I definitely can't say the same for Zales. Counting how many months it was from 11/26/16-4/25/16 was too much for one associate today. He just couldn't understand that, that was 5 months, and not 6. I've had three pieces of jewelry from them over a 10 year period and lost a diamond in every piece. I'm done.
